About the role
Softnodes Uganda Limited is looking for a dynamic, self-driven Sales & Marketing Executive (Female) to grow walk-in and field sales, build lasting client relationships, and create engaging social content. The role is based at our office showroom on Kireka–Namugongo Road. A competitive basic salary plus attractive field-sales commission is offered.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and support customers in the showroom with product guidance and personalized service.
- Visit prospective clients in the field, pitch our solutions, and close deals.
- Represent Softnodes at conferences and business events.
- Plan and post short promotional videos to boost visibility on social platforms.
- Execute clear marketing strategies to hit monthly targets.
- Demonstrate how CCTV cameras and solar energy solutions work.
What You’ll Do
- Female, 25–28 years old with 2+ years in sales and marketing.
- Confident communicator and negotiator with a track record of meeting targets.
- Working knowledge of CCTV and solar products.
- Proven ability to create content for social media.
- Comfortable splitting time between office and field work.
