Responsibilities
• Perform on-site solar PV system installations and commissioning. • Install mounting structures, panels, inverters, and battery systems. • Troubleshoot electrical and system issues during installation and handover. • Coordinate with project managers for scheduling and materials. • Provide basic user training on system operation and maintenance.
Qualifications & Skills
• Diploma or certificate in Electrical Engineering or related field. • Prior experience with solar PV installations preferred. • Good understanding of DC/AC electrical systems and safety procedures. • Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments.

Creators with 10,000+ followers on TikTok (mandatory) Strong online personality with experience hosting, explaining, and reviewing solar products on video Proven proficiency in TikTok advertising & online campaigns Must demonstrate expertise in TikTok Ads Manager, content boosting, audience targeting, and performance analytics Ability to confidently explain solar products, answer customer inquiries, and convert views into sales
Responsibilities
- Host product videos for TikTok & YouTube, explaining solar products and demonstrating usage - Support marketing with design ideas for artwork, product posters, and video concepts - Manage TikTok advertising campaigns, track results, and optimize for conversions - Answer customer calls, messages, and comments professionally. - Dispatch orders and customer requests to the Operational Manager. - Follow up on installations/projects and report completion to the Operations team. - Relay customer feedback and sales updates to management
Qualifications & Skills
- Deep understanding of Softnodes solar products and solutions - Proven record in TikTok online advertising - Proficiency in TikTok Ads optimization, audience scaling, and campaign management - Ability to turn content views into actual sales and customer engagement - Strong communication skills and ability to handle customer calls
Salary & Benefits
Base Salary: UGX 500,000 per month Bonus Salary: Extra UGX 500,000 monthly for digital marketers who exceed 70 sales per month Top Performer Reward: UGX 1,500,000 (total) for marketers hitting 150-200 sales Non-Performers Policy: ❗Those who fail to meet expectations will be excluded from the team ❌Consistent non-performers will be terminated
